I tried to access api, but it shows 500 internal server error. So possibly something issues on api side.

Addresses not translating correctly

I have entered addresses according to the United State Postal Service, but the site is translating 'Suite 100' into simply 0

Also, pound signs "#" are being translated into quotation signs (")

Any thoughts on how this can be corrected so that our addresses display the way our organizations list their locations?

Saving PDF for a specific map area

If I am zoomed in on a particular area of my map, and I save it as a pdf, it saves the entire map and not the area that I have zoomed in on. How do I save the pdf for just the area that I am showing on my screen instead of the entire map?

I'm getting a 401 when using the API and now I can't seem to find references to the API from the pinmaps website. Is it no longer being supported?

Can I include pin label when creating a PDF?

Hi,

I have completed my map and have created the PDF but only the pins show. Is there a way to link the pins to the names I have created for them?

I know you can print the list seprately but is there anyway to tie them together.

This is a map of where some of our offices are located all over the country and i would like to be able to show the company name on the map as well.

Error when using API

I'm getting the following error when trying to use the /v1/pins api

All other query APIs that I checked seem to work.
